Mellow
Just relaxing and enjoying time to potter and ponder. Been walking heaps, sorting heaps and organising heaps. My study/sewing room/junk room room that contains highly important things and many treasures!!! has had a major overhaul. The recycle bin is full, the pile of "stuff" to donate to the op shop is ready to go and my work space is actually spacious rather than clutterful!! Yay-feeling good!
One handy bargain was found at Ray's Outdoors in the fishing section. Everything was reduced and a container that caught my eye was down to $5:00-and then 1/2 price!! So my $2:50 tackle box is now happily housing my embroidery threads that were resembling spaghetti...
I even used the removable dividers to wrap the "enough for next time" bits on!
I have transformed a large used matchbox into a handy holder for little notepaper as I am an avid list writer from way back!
I love to write lists and cross things off as I go. I have even been known to do something that wasn't on the list and add it after!I know! Kind of weird!
I have been marvelling at our beautiful Ficifolia tree that is nearly in full bloom.
The busy bee frenzy is amazing...
You are right Dees! Little creepy crawlies LOVE the dahlias!
And how's this for the biggest garden show off you have ever seen??
Ahh!! The wonders of nature!!

Yes the wonders of nature, they are beautiful. The ficifolia flowers are gorgeous. Good for you to have tackled your sewing room.

good for you on getting organised - I bet it feels good.
And that list keeper is so sweet, I reckon I'd be whipping it out every opportunity to admire the cuteness.

Okay. Doing something and then writing it on the list so you can cross it off is completely normal, not weird at all! (Can you tell I do that?) Love the new thread box, and the fact that you have been organising and decluttering. You are going to have so much fun in that "new" room!
