Today is rainy and cold...
The perfect stay at home with your dressing gown on type of day!
Perfect to fiddle with Softies.
The furry koala ears I made here..
Have sort of morphed into piggytails!
The perfect day for sorting through felted jumpers to find just the right ones...
The perfect day to work out the "eye problem"-still working on this one!
And the granny pile continues to grow!!
Off to put another log on the fire!

Eyes are so hard ! Your dolly looks like a little girl all innocent and happy at the wonders of the world.....

Love your dolly - complete with striped stocking - so cute! Your eye variations are great - I always find facial expressions the hardest.

Hi Jenny! I loved reading about your log fire. Made me feel all warm inside! I went for a visit yesterday to Woodside and the Patchwork Apple. (What a contrast yesterday's sunshine was to today's rain!) On the way home I saw a blue/grey koala just like yours sitting in the middle of the road. I was so surprised! He looked less than impressed and strolled off the road. (I had stopped)
Cute doll too!

Winter is certainly the best time to craft, especially if you have a log fire to do it by! I love the little piggytails on your doll!

your doll is so sweet looking and I too love her stripey legs. Your grannies are sooo impressive, they look beautiful, such gorgeous colours together

Hi Jenny, oh i hear you, Canberra is freezing & i just found a bedroom window wide open, my Darwin born children are immune to the cold!! Seriously, still in cotton nighties when it's below zero outside & i'm very disciplined with the ducted heating. Enjoy your jammies, love Posie

Wintry days at home are lovely. It's when the world is calling you that the problems start.
I agree, eyes are tough. I use sublime stitching patterns for stuff at the moment but need to do some work on my own designs as well.
